1. 📦 When will I receive my order?

We usually deliver within 5–7 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive tracking details by SMS or email once your order is shipped.


2. 💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods:

✔️ Debit/Credit Cards
✔️ Net Banking
✔️ Cash on Delivery (COD)


3. 🚚 Do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is free on all prepaid orders. COD orders may have a small additional fee, shown at checkout.


4. 🔁 Can I return a product?

Yes! We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused and in original packaging. Read our Return Policy for more.


5. 🧾 How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can also contact us for updates.


6. ❌ What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

No worries! Just contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof. We’ll replace or refund the item.


7. 🛒 Is it safe to shop from SUADE?

Absolutely. We use secure payment gateways and never store your payment details. Your data is protected under our Privacy Policy.
